Pedal kick Front wheel lift
The pedal kick front wheel lift (also known as "quarter punch") allows us to gain forward momentum as well as lift our wheel over an obstacle by timing a high-energy pedal stroke.
This skill takes a bit of time to practice as it involves:
Timing
Gear choice
Setting a correct speed
Moving from a seated to a standing position
Pedal position awareness
Make sure you follow the steps and take your time to build consistency.
